Supplier Notice – Pacific Corrugated Pipe

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Dear Valued Supplier,

In 2021, Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company (“Pacific Corrugated”) was acquired by Lane Enterprises, LLC (“Lane”). We are now completing that integration.

Effective January 1, 2026, purchasing activities previously carried out under “Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company” will be carried out under Lane Enterprises, LLC.

From that date forward, goods and services you provide to support this business should be billed to Lane Enterprises, LLC. This is an internal consolidation under common ownership. It does not change how we value our relationship with you.

What you need to update

Please update your systems so that, effective January 1, 2026, your customer is:

  • Customer/legal entity: Lane Enterprises, LLC
  • Remit-to address: 19800 MacArthur Blvd, Ste 510, Irvine, CA 92612
  • AP invoice email:apwest@lane-enterprises.com

We ask that you:

  • Update customer records – Replace or supplement any “Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company” customer record with Lane Enterprises, LLC for the related ship-to locations.
  • Update invoices – For goods or services delivered on or after January 1, 2026, invoices must be issued to Lane Enterprises, LLC using the remit-to details above. Invoices that still list “Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company” after that date may need to be corrected and could delay payment.
  • Update documentation – If you require an updated W-9, tax documentation, insurance certificates, or credit information for Lane Enterprises, LLC, please request it from us or download it from our Customer & Vendor Resources page on the Lane Enterprises website.

What is not changing

  • Your contacts – Your day-to-day contacts in purchasing, plant operations, and accounts payable remain the same, unless we notify you otherwise.
  • Contracts and open purchase orders – Existing contracts and open purchase orders issued by Pacific Corrugated will continue to be honored by Lane Enterprises, LLC,
  • Subject to their original terms. Where needed, our teams will coordinate any updated documentation with you.
  • Ship-to locations – Please continue to ship to the same plants and locations you support today unless you receive updated routing or address information from our purchasing or plant teams.
