In 2021, Lane Enterprises acquired Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company, LLC. Since then, Lane Enterprises has operated under the legal name Lane Enterprises, LLC. We’re in the process of communicating with our customers to change their records to reflect this.

What You Need to Do

Please update your records to reflect our legal name as:

Tax ID: 23-2383584

Replace any “Lane Enterprises, Inc.” entries in your systems with Lane Enterprises, LLC. Checks should be made payable to Lane Enterprises, LLC.

Our tax identification number, payment information, and remit-to addresses remain unchanged.

If your organization requires an updated W-9, insurance certificates, credit information, or other forms, you can obtain them here or by contacting us directly at customerhelp@lane-enterprises.com .
