Customer Notice – Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

In 2021, Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company (“Pacific Corrugated”) was acquired by Lane
Enterprises, LLC (“Lane”). Since then, our teams have worked together under common
ownership to support your stormwater and drainage projects.

We are now taking the next step. Effective January 1, 2026, Pacific Corrugated’s
business will operate under the Lane Enterprises name. The products and services you
receive today from Pacific Corrugated will be managed and billed by Lane Enterprises,
LLC.

Our goal is simple: to make it easier for you to do business with us while continuing to
provide reliable products, technical support, and service.

What is not changing

  • Products and capabilities – You will continue to have access to the same Pacific Corrugated products, along with Lane’s broader portfolio of stormwater and construction solutions.
  • People – Your primary sales, customer service, and technical contacts remain the same, unless we tell you otherwise.
  • Existing business – Current quotes, open orders, and active projects will continue as planned. Your existing service levels and commitments are unchanged.

What is Changing?

  • Name on documents – Quotes, submittals, order acknowledgments, packing slips, and invoices will show Lane Enterprises, LLC instead of “Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company.”
  • Legal entity and billing – Your contractual counterparty will be Lane Enterprises, LLC.
    Please update your records to reflect:
    • Legal name: Lane Enterprises, LLC

  • Branding – Over time, you will see Lane branding on documentation, emails, and facilities. This does not change the products or services you receive.
