In 2021, Lane Enterprises acquired Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company, LLC. Since then, Lane Enterprises has operated under the legal name Lane Enterprises, LLC. We’re in the process of communicating with our suppliers to change their records to reflect this.
What you need to update
Please update your records to reflect our legal name as:
Legal name: Lane Enterprises, LLC
Tax ID: 23-2383584
Replace any “Lane Enterprises, Inc.” entries with Lane Enterprises, LLC for the associated bill-to and ship-to locations.
Our tax identification number, payment information, shipping and invoice remittance addresses remain unchanged.
