Why is Pacific Corrugated now operating as Lane Enterprises?
Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company was acquired by Lane Enterprises, LLC in 2021. We are now consolidating our operations under the Lane name to simplify how we work together, streamline systems, and give you access to a broader range of stormwater and drainage solutions.

Will my products or specifications change?
No. You will continue to have access to the same Pacific Corrugated product lines and specifications, along with Lane’s broader portfolio. If any product-specific changes are ever required, they will be communicated separately and in advance.

Do I need to set up a new account for Lane Enterprises?
In most cases, no. Your existing account will be mapped to Lane Enterprises, LLC. If your system requires a new customer record, please use the Lane Enterprises, LLC legal name and remit-to information shown in this notice.

Will my pricing or terms change?
Existing pricing and commercial terms remain in place, subject to our normal review processes. If there are any changes in the future, your sales representative will discuss them with you in advance.

What do I need to do right now?
Please update your internal records to show Lane Enterprises, LLC as your counterparty and update billing/remittance details using the information provided in this letter. If your organization needs an updated W-9, credit information, or other
documentation, you can obtain it from our Customer & Vendor Resources page or by contacting us directly.

You can continue to contact your primary sales or customer service representative. You may also use the contact information listed in this notice if you have questions about billing, accounts, or the consolidation itself.
